INSTRUCTIONS 1. To be served on the Stakeholder at Stakeholding Department, Singapore Academy of Law, 1 Supreme Court Lane, Level 4M, Singapore 178879. The Stakeholding Departments counter operating hours are between 10.30am and 4.00pm (Mondays to Fridays) and between 10.30am and 12.00 noon (Saturdays and Eves of Chinese New Year, New Year & Christmas). 2. To be accompanied with a cover letter. Incomplete forms may be rejected by the Stakeholder. 3. To be duly completed, signed/stamped and submitted by the firm or corporate body. 4. To submit only one application in duplicate. The e-mail address stated on the most recent form received by the Stakeholder will be used for sending all future Stakeholding Notifications to the firm or corporate body. 5. Please read and understand all the terms and conditions relating to this E-mail service (attached). 6. Any new request and subsequent changes to the e-mail address must be communicated to the Stakeholder in writing by using this same form with a cover letter from the firm or corporation. MODE

Stakeholding Notifications 1.1 For the purposes of the E-mail service, Stakeholding Notifications means all notifications relating to the stakeholding service including but not limited to reports furnished by Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) relating to payment in of stakeholding moneys, payment out of stakeholding moneys, reminder of final date of payment out of stakeholding moneys and stakeholding instructions and circulars issued by SAL from time to time. 1.2 The E-mail service does not apply to the issue of Payment Advice accompanying Cheques issued by SAL at the time of payment out of stakeholding money.

E-mail service This E-mail service is provided as an option available to law firms and corporations to receive the Stakeholding Notifications instead of having to collect the Stakeholding Notification from SAL. The service is for the convenience of such law firms and corporations (Applicant) and is provided free-ofcharge. As such, any implied condition or warranty is hereby excluded. The duly completed Form 7 must be submitted on the letterhead of the Applicant. The E-mail service commences on the date following the receipt by SAL of Form 7, and shall continue until terminated as provided herein. SAL has to be informed (using Form 7) of any change in the E-mail address used by the Applicant for this service. The Applicant must maintain its network, E-mail servers and computers in good working order to receive the Stakeholding Notifications. SAL shall notify the Applicant if any difficulty is encountered when transmitting the Stakeholding Notifications to the E-mail address provided. Upon such notification, the Applicant shall provide an alternative E-mail address within 24 hours to SAL. Failing which, SAL shall stop providing the E-mail service and the Applicant shall collect the Stakeholding Notifications from SAL. SALs E-mail service is an automated service using a special SAL stakeholding E-mail address. The Applicant must not use this E-mail address as a correspondence E-mail address for stakeholding forms and instructions to SAL. SAL may by notice to the Applicant terminate the E-mail service at anytime if the E-mail address provided by the Applicant cannot be used for the E-mail service. The Applicant shall thereafter collect the Stakeholding Notifications from SAL.

Limitation of Liability damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered by the Applicant, howsoever arising.

3.1 As the E-mail service is an optional, free-of-charge service to the Applicant, SAL is not liable for any loss or 3.2 The
