Class Prices are $5 per class or $35 for a monthly unlimited pass or $45 for a 10 punch pass-passes good for all classes except Beginners Yoga and Boot Camp which are pre-registered classes. DESCRIPTION This 50-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weightroom exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls designed to tax and shape your muscles. All Levels class to strengthen, open and clean the body by practicing classical yoga poses in different sequences. Latin inspired rhythm dance guaranteed to make your body move and your heart pump. A very fun class for everyone involved. This instructor-led indoor cycling class can burn 300-600 calories per session by incorporating strength, endurance and anaerobic intervals. This is a new 8 week session class for those of you who want to try Yoga at a slower pace. This class is geared at helping you with flexibility, strength, balance and achieving relaxation while you learn the basic Yoga poses and their correct alignment. If you have an injury or a special medical condition that prevents you to keep up with a regular Yoga class this is the right class for you. Monday/Wednesday AM class is $145, Monday PM class is $80. Drop-in cost is $12 per class. Register at the Fitness Front Desk or online via the portal by March 9th. This group workout combines different machines in the gym in a 45 minute long circuit class. From treadmills to the squat machine to the abdominal machine to free weights and more; this class will teach you how to use the machines in a pleasant atmosphere where you can burn fat and tone your body. An intense exercise program designed to help you burn fat and build muscle. This class combines weight movement with light weights and intense cardio moves along with core and abdominal training. The session starts on February 1st through March 23rd. Cost is $110. Join us, starting the week of April 9th for some water fitness. This fitness class is good for all ages, all abilities. If you need a good workout in the water join us for this class. The water is heated and we can get you movin and grovin! Cost is $5 per class. Check-in at the Fitness Front Desk.
