I wanted to optimize my innate skills so I went through and made this list.

My plan is to print a copy for each character and highlight the skills I want to have then prioritize those skills and be able to pick the best skill sets from the list. Utility-wise I still recomend Rifle as the best all around weapon, but this list is for chosing the best innates! In addition each point in the basic attack chain you have to buy to get to the innates has mini-innates attached to them so here is what you get from each skill set buying the 3 points in (and the 4th): Brawling - +2% crit heal magnitude, +15 health, +3 restoration (+1% crit attack chance) Bow - +2% crit attack damage, +4 vitalization, +3 restoration (+1% crit attack chance) Dual Pistol - +2% crit attack damage, +1% crit heal chance, +4 vitalization (+10 might) Dual Wield - +2% crit attack damage, +4 vitalization, +3 restoration (+1% crit attack chance) Hand Blaster - +2% crit attack damage, +15 health, +1% crit heal chance, +3 restoration* Martial Arts - +2% crit attack damage, +2% crit heal magnitude, +15 health (+10 might) One Handed - +2% crit heal magnitude, +3 restoration, +10 might, +1% crit attack chance* Rifle - +2% crit heal magnitude, +15 health, +4 vitalization, +10 might* Staff - +2% crit heal magnitude, +15 health, +4 vitalization (+10 might) Two Handed - +2% crit attack damage, +2% crit heal magnitude, +15 health (+1% crit heal) 4th skill not optional for Hand Blaster, One Handed, and Rifle.
