To diagnose and trouble-shoot any breakdown caused by the Electrical System/Services and Telecommunication equipment installed at TM buildings and network infrastructure (e.g. airconditioning system, fire protection system, battery, rectifier, UPS, etc.) within the stipulated restoration time. To establish cost estimates for repair works and arrange for the necessary procurement. To conduct budgeting & tracking of budget utilization. To execute and track the Replacement Program of Electrical System/Services and Telecommunication equipment. To coordinate & monitor all Electrical System/Services and Telecommunication works carried out by the external contractors and update the superior of the progress. 1) Membantu dalam pengendalian dan pengagihan CPE dan router untuk pemasangan baru dan sparing part untuk semua pelanggan TM 2) Membantu melaksanakan kerja-kerja basic configuration untuk router bagi pemasangan baru. 3) Membantu dalam memastikan sparing stok sentiasa sedia ada bila diperlukan 4) Membantu melaksanakan CPE refurbishment program berjalan lancar. 5) Membantu dalam pengeluaran report bulanan yang berkaitan dengan CPE bagi kegunaan pihak pengurusan 6) Membantu melaksanakan & memastikan router collection berjalan lancar, diterima dan disimpan dengan baik dalam stor.

Increase collection of the telephone Live Account (LA) & Final Account (FA) for CSEG. To visit and audit Card Distributor, Reseller and Silver Partner outlets and Kiosk For Agents (KFAs).

To manage stationery and office equipment by identifying the requirement before making purchases. 15. To update filing system in proper and systematic manner to ensure all files are in good condition and easily accessible. 16. Assist in administrative work such as preparing letter / memo and send it by fax, hand or mail. 17. Making flight reservation for SPM unit. 18. Ensure that office equipment such as photostat machine, printers, fax machine, PCs are in good condition. 19. Prepare financial report (OPEX, P&L, FCCAS) every closing month / Quarter 20. Extract, verify, and analyze the data from SAP (System Application Programming) and produce report for Management reporting 21. As a resource person to SPM staff for all issues relating to SRM system, SAP, OPEX & CAPEX.

22. Custodian for quality initiatives, operating manual & work instruction within SPM.

To implement & conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities of all Mechanical and Electrical System/Services installation at Telekom Malaysia Buildings and Exchanges up to the required standard set by TM Management.

To be responsible for all the M&E installation in station concerned and to ensure that they are in good operating condition.

To supervise all M&E works that are carried out by contractor and furnish site report (ISO Standard).

Preparation of monthly report as required by the supervisor.

Update work order in the IT system.
