INTRODUCTION
We has choose MH Mohd industries for our case study where this company produce chili sauce,tomato sauce and soya sauce.MH Mohd is very synonym with Kelantanese community and the whole Malaysia. They have been using their chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce since 1986 until now. MH Mohd is derived from the Company's owner family member's name. It was established by Mr Muhamad Yusoff and Mrs Hazizah Hamat. They began cooking various sauces using a small cooker. Over time, as business grew, the small cooker could no longer cope with demand and they began to use automated machines. In 1994 the company created a new brand named Fatina. Under the Fatina brand, they manufacture chili sauce and dipping sauce using dried chilli, while the MH Mohd brand uses fresh chili.At about the same time, they began to sell the products not only to to retailers in Kelantan, but also to wholesalers and end users throughout Malaysia. Today, the Company can produce 12 kinds of products with delicate taste and make our dishes more delicious.After 24 years with certified Halal products in the market, our company is practicing 5S procedures and are moving to implement GMP. They intend to continue to use ISO 9002 procedures so that they can maintain the best quality products in the entire world.

Vision : Realization to be a ' Halal' food company for all nation Mission : To produce quality products continuously They manufacture and supply a wide variety of items, either used for cooking, or used directly on food to enhance its taste.Among their products are chili, tomato and soy sauce. However, there are many more in addition to these, such as pineapple, black pepper, oyster and others. They have been in the market for 24 years, and have grown from a small home business to a large factory with automated equipment. This is proof of the acceptance of their products by the market.With their large factory capacity, they are now in a position to manufacture a large enough quantity of products for distribution throughout Malaysia. And now, their products can be obtained from TESCO,MYDIN and CARREFOUR outlets near us. This also provides an opportunity for existing businesses in the distribution industry who wish to increase their range of products.They now seek distributors for our sauce products throughout Malaysia.

RECIPIES
Production process: The following is the raw material for production of 60 bottles of chili sauce 330gram weight of each:

Dried chili Granulated sugar salt garlic thickening Natural vinegar(10%) preservative(sodium benzoate)600ppm Water (added) 5.2 liter (during grinding) 4.4 liter (semasa cooking)

dried chili (wash and soak)

garlic (discard the skin)

blend until smooth (with a little water)

enter into the crater and other ingredients mixed (as in the recipe) cook until thick

chili sauce (pour/pump into the long tubs)

enter into a clean bottle when hot

cover and label

arrange in box
