Monitor and report progress and provide constant feedback to the Management. To monitor the TP Network in order to maintain the network and its KPIs. Project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders Maintaining Regular and effective communication with Vendors and all other internal stake holders. Manage weekly, monthly updates of the projects with best possible accuracy Supervising the team members and to do the performance evaluation of the team.

Ensure proper document control, contract and risk management on each project.
To monitor the progress and performance of the vendors. Arranging/Participating in meetings with vendors and TP internal department to resolve the issues.
