Terms and Conditions


Contest period- 1st Jan to 31st March 2012 All those participating in the contest will be eligible for Variable Pay as per the standard norms. Net revenues generated as per below stated calculation methodology in all market segments in equities, commodities , currency , TPP will be considered for self as well as BP channel. TPP revenues will include recovery of depository charges. All negative / naked debit to be deducted before calculating the incremental Net Brokerage Revenue Only Active Employees at the time of Payouts to be considered. For RMs, BMs, Product Managers, absolute incremental revenue and % upside over Q3 revenue both need to be met in order to qualify for the prizes . Gifts can be substituted by cash subject to the tax liability to be borne by the Employee The tax and insurance for the vehicles to be borne by the winners and they would be liable for FBT tax treatment In case someone wins a trip to Tashkent in both broking & insurance categories, he/shell be entitled to only one trip + an equivalent cash payout. Product Managers handling responsibilities for both currency & commodity will be considered for the higher of the two rewards in the product manager category. For BMs, AHs, ZBHs & RBHs, if the average OTV (order confirmations) for the Q4 falls below 55%, theyll be eligible for a reward one slab below of what they have earned.
Illustration: For BM Incremental revenue earned during contest period- Rs.2lakh with 15% increment. Hence reward slab qualified for- Swatch watch. Now if average OTV for the quarter- 50%. Therefore now reward earned is one slab below i.e. Titan Watch

For BMs, AHs, ZBHs & RBHs, if the average OTV (order confirmations) for the Q4 falls below 40%, theyll be ineligible for any reward during the contest period.

Terms and Conditions


For calculation of Q3 base mapping of Jan 16 will be considered. However for Q4 revenue calculations, dynamic daily mapping will be considered for Q4 revenue calculations. For new employees who have joined after Jan 1, 2012, base revenue will be considered as zero however subject to minimum multiplier (Revenue as per calculation methodology /CTC during the contest period) as follows RM Sales 1.25 RM Dealing 3.00 Branch Manager, AM, ZH will be considered with the previous base of their respective territory. (Eg if One RM has joined on Feb 15 with a ctc of 10,000 per month, and his revenue credit as per calculation methodology is 75,000, then the multiplier will be 75,000/(10,000*1.5) = 5 and his incremental revenue for contest will be 75,000.)

Terms and Conditions Calculation methodology


RM Sales All RM Sales person will get 100% revenue credit of net brokerage for revenue generated in first 120 days from account open date or 90 days from first trade whichever is earlier (all type of accounts, except upfront where he gets 50% or actual brokerage whichever is higherenerated from the date of upfront activation till the end of contest period) Any docker/kicker shall not be applied to the total revenue credit for Q3/Q4. 100% revenue credit for TPP and other incomes, 100% of las credit/deduction. BDR client will be counted as RM sales account if BDR is introduced by RM Sales RM Sales will get 10% of BP net revenue for 12 month for the BPs referred by them RM Dealing All RM Dealing person will get 100% revenue credit of net brokerage for the clients who are sourced by RM Sales, himself and/or are mapped to RM- Dealing. RM Dealing will get higher of {50 % of revenue credit for upfront for self-sourced accounts (same segment eg. equity dealer sourcing equity account)} or {actual brokerage generated from the date of upfront activation till the end of contest period}. RM Dealing will be treated as RM Sales in case of X-sold accounts .i.e. different segment eg. equity dealer sourcing commodity account 100% revenue credit for TPP and other incomes, 100% of las credit/deduction. Any docker/kicker shall not be applied to the total revenue credit for Q3/Q4. BDR client will be counted as RM Dealer account if BDR is introduced by RM Dealer RM Dealer will get 10% of BP net revenue for 12 month for the BPs referred by them Commodity dealer will be given 50% each of net revenue.

Terms and Conditions


Branch Manager All branch manager will get 100% revenue credit of net brokerage generated by clients mapped in his branch Branch Manager will get higher of {50 % of revenue credit for upfront } or {actual brokerage generated from the date of upfront activation till the end of contest period} 100% revenue credit for TPP and other incomes, 100% of LAS credit/deduction falling under the branch. Any docker/kicker shall not be applied to the total revenue credit for Q3/Q4. 50% of BP net revenue to the service branches For Product Managers , Area Manager & Above will be a simple aggregation of branches falling under.
