Dear Sir,

Sub: Renewal of Work Order for supply of Casual Labour for Arasmeta Captive Power Company Ltd, Chattisgarh.

With reference to the above we have pleasure in intimating you that we are renewing your work order for the year 2011-2012 with the revised price for the supply of casual labours for our site MIs. Arasmeta Captice Power Company Pvt. Ltd., District - Janjgir Champa State:Chattisgarh (Near Lafarge Cement Plant) as per the following terms and conditions:

Terms and conditions:

1.

You have to supply manpower according to our requirement from time to time as per the instructions of our Plant Manager.

2.

We will be paying the following charges for the manpower supplied by you and deployed in our unit:

Quoted price (in Rupees) 289.00 Per day 268.00 Per day

The above rates are fixed for a period of 1 year and no escalation will be provided during the period. The monthly rates are calculated considering weekly offlany National Holiday/Sunday.

The above rates are pro-month basis, which is inclusive of all statutory requirements like PF, ESI, Group Personal Accident Policy, Workmen Compensation Policy, etc.

The contractor payment will be paid on monthly basis, which includes 12% of margin, and this will remain firm throughout the contract period

The proof (copies of attendance register, wage register and remittance challan ) to be submitted for statutory requirements at the time of every month billing

Over time shall not be paid. approval of Plant Manager.

the contractor should ensure the deployment of manpower according to the

Plant requirements as per the Plant Manager instructions then and now. This will not be construed as over time.

The contractor should ensure the deployment of manpower throughout the shift, throughout the year inclusive of all holidays. In case any of the workers not reporting for duty, the contractor is liable to arrange alternate manpower.

8.

We shall only pay service tax @ 10.3 % extra (prevailing) as applicable.

9.

All personnel deployed in our unit should be subject to our approval.

In case of anyone of them is found

unsuitable, we shall be at the liberty to replace them with immediate notice.

10. In case of need OEG will hire extra manpower from the contractor to meet the plant requirements as per the above rates with a reasonable notice period.

11. The casual labours / manpower appointed by you will be under direct control and supervision. They should ensure compliance of instructions and rules that may be given by our authorized officer time to time.

12. All personnel should wear Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) like helmet, shoes and masks supplied by you and report clean and neatly, adhering strictly to the safety rules. Any of the contract labour found violating the safety norms shall be removed from the site and wages for that day shall not be paid.

13. The validity of this work order is from 1st July 2011 to period of one year based on satisfactory performance.

15. 100% payment will be made to you in 15 day's time against your bills duly attested by our Plant Manager. In case any manpower not deputed/absenteeism will be deducted accordingly . from duty during any billing period, the related amount

17. You will be wholly responsible for the manpower supplied by you and also on their duty / behavioural aspects. We should not be held responsible for any liability arising due to your workers lapses or whatsoever.

18. You will be wholly responsible for the safety of your manpower supplied by you.

19. Helper comes under Unskilled, Drivers (pay loaders) comes under skilled, CHP and AHP operator comes under semiskilled category. Please sign and return the copy of this work order duly attested by you as a token of acceptance.
