INTEREST What do you usually do in your spare time?
If I have spare time I will do what I love. I want to explore program computer and make project program with php Mysql. I love computer so much. I still try to build website from webhosting and browse internet for some important news like technology, politic, social, international. I care about era globalization and development industry. Join some organization take position and receive responsibility. Reading is also my hobby. I like books Stephen covey 7 Habit of highly effective people, Antony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Donald Trumph, and others author.

PERSONAL EVALUATION What make you different from others? I have a big dream be good entrepreneur and happy to take responsibility especially in
organization because It will train me be better. My big will is helping people. If I were success people I will make society get job because I provide it. I care environment when I listen news about poverty, healthy, politics in country and think what can I do for my country from now with small thing till big thing, my heart vibrate about that. There is no bad country, only unmanaged country. I am not afraid about pain. No pain no gain.

What would you consider need to be improved in yourself? I want to get good skill of leadership. If I want to lead people, I have to lead myself first. In

my thinking not my opinion, leadership is very important to take decision with some consideration. Leadership include how to set time management and make priority. What is important and urgent, be good planner, and problem solver (I can analyze some condition) . I have to learn by experience. Take good point and share to others. All of those things will build good personality. Of course thats I want.

ACHIEVEMENT
Personally, what is your greatest achievement(s), how do you accomplish it and why would you consider it as your greatest achievement(s) My greatest achievement is be participant Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) chemistry in Medan 2010. I couldnt forget that experience. To be participant is not easy because so many competitions which I had to pass. I always pushed myself to study harder and never got bored. Keep my focus and burn my big ambition are best way to achieve that. That was not easy became participants OSN. In all students in Indonesia only one hundreds could be chosen with much selection in chemistry side. I had to pass school selection, regency, province till be one hundreds students join participants OSN. I use method smart learning and persist my exercising. Practice.. practice Practice led me to some success. I got 1rd Winner Lomba Kimia (LK) SMA Sumatera level, 2th Winner Lomba Cerdas Tangkas(LCT) Kimia SMA Sumatera level Sumatera level 2th Winner Lomba Cerdas Tangkas (LCT) Kimia SMA Jambi level, and others win competition. Actually many competitions that I participated, so sometimes win or lose. But I was never desperate to get better. I proud of myself, a person from village can win some competiotions. I gratitude to god because I wasnt from good background life or rich family. I am form village, my mother passed high school (could not continue to university) and my father passed IAIN. I was lucky could be student at Bandung Institute of technology without test. Also I didnt pay fifty five millions rupiah at the first because got scholarship. Look to my element school In my village, I had never got English, Art, Sport lesson because there were no teachers at that time, but I still love what I did. I have many dreams which will a get and we know that many big figures like Albert Einstein, Disney, Mick, Donald, and the others had got big story which we can take the lesson and dont give up, learn by histories.

MOTIVATION & PERSONAL STRENGTH

Explain to us, what is your biggest motivation(s) to join this program and why we need to choose you as one of Astra 1st candidates.

My biggest motivation to join this program is to improve my soft skill. soft skill is useful for me because it will make me to get responsibility and be stronger. I want to be good communicator and public speaker. In my thinking, there are three thing influence our life, namely hard skill, soft skill, life skill. hard skill can be improved by ourselves but soft skill cant. soft skill is more important than hard skill because we are social creatures. Life in organization is happiness for me because I know characteristics others people and find way to get good teamwork. My faculty is industrial technology at Bandung Institute of technology. I want to know much about industrial in the world. Development some company and how to company set their regulation to be better. Look to globalization we know many industrial run quickly especially for industry and time will not wait for us so keep looking. I have to adapt with condition and situation, also prefer to compete. I know that Astra is company which dominate segment such as automotive, financial services, heavy equipment and mining, agribusiness, information technology, infrastructure and logistics. I interest to know much about Astra like working environment and might be my carrier is in Astra. Astra had been fifty five years and influence Indonesia to be good country and make program Satu Indonesia. Its amazing. I participated program which Astra1st ITB students made of. That program called Astra1st widen your comfort zone. It taught me about personal branding, public speaker, good communication, balance organization and academic, 7 habits of highly effective people, and focus group discussion. Those all things cant I forget because its the most important for me if I graduate from college, I will be good leader in my environment. Astra chose me because I have big ambition to know many things and take action to be good leader and I am type person whom will not desperate with high enthusiasm and focus what I will get. I look vision and description of Astra even reward that Astra get. Astra will chose person who have big vision and mission. I believe Astra chose people like me.
