A Report on Safety Locker and Leg operating Tube well.

Abstract:
By using safety locker one can safe herself properly. In our project we use three part of a safety locker. One is locker handle, second locker holder, and third is locker holder resistor. Our second project is a leg operating tube well. By using this tube well one can get water easily by using only some pressure.

Keywords:
In safety locker, our main components are locker handle, locker holder, locker holder resistor. In leg operating tube well, the main components are tube well head, handle, basement plate, spring. Objectives:

To know about product To know about product development To know about Characteristics of successful product development To know about safety Importance of safety
To know about concept generation of a product To know about product design development process To design a safety locker To develop a safety locker product

To design a leg operating tube well To develop a leg operating tube well To gain practical knowledge to develop a product

What is product? A product is something sold by an enterprise to its customers. What is product development? Product development is a set of activities beginning with the production of a market opportunity and ending in the production, sale, and delivery of a product. Characteristics of successful product development: Product quality Product cost Development time Development cost Development capability

Who designs and develops product? Marketing Design Manufacturing Concept generation:
A product concept is an approximate description of the technology, working principles and form of the product. It is a concise description of how the product will satisfy the customer needs. A concept is usually expressed as a sketch or as a rough threedimensional model and is often accompanied by a brief textual description. A good concept is sometimes poorly implemented in subsequent development phases, but a poor concept can rarely be manipulated to achieve commercial success. Concept generation is relatively inexpensive and can be done relatively quickly in comparison to the rest of the development process. Concept generation is an important step to develop a product.

Concept selection:
Early in the development process, the product development team identifies a set of customer needs. By using a variety of methods, the team then generates alternative solution concepts in response to these needs. Concept selection is the process of evaluating concepts with respect to customer needs and other criteria, comparing the relative strengths and weaknesses of the concepts, and selecting one or more concepts for further investigation, testing or development.

1.Safety Locker
Introduction:
Safety locker is an important material in our daily life. Without safety, we cannot safe our self. In our daily life robbery is a common event, which occur suddenly in a unexpected time in our flat building. So to safe human being and our goods, safety is a fundamental demand.

Importance of safety:
If we want to safe our self, we should think at first where we live. If we ensure to safe our self, we should ensure our living room at first.

Concept selection:
Concept screening and concept scoring follow a six step process, which leads the team through the concept selection activity. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Prepare the selection matrix. Rate the concepts. Rank the concepts. Combine and improve the concepts. Selection one or more concepts. Reflect on the results and the process.

Advantages: It will remove back pain. It will reduce hand slipping. It will reduce unexpected accident (teeth breaking, mouth pain, chest pain, hand breaking). It will use human body weight.

Components are user-friendly. Need low pressure than normal tube well pressure. Disadvantages: High initial cost. Leg slipping can occurs Need more space than normal tube well.

Discussion:
Tube well is a very fundamental element in our rural area. If we reduce the pressure of a tube well, it will be very beneficial for all classes of people.

Conclusion:
Life is another name of water. But tube well is the fundamental source of pure water in rural area. So we cannot think one moment in our life without pure water that means tube well. So using simple and low pressure tube well, we can enjoy our life better than past life.
