Kursus ini meliputi pengurusan program dan perkhidmatan di sekolah, pengurusan sumber manusia, pengurusan perubahan, dan penyeliaan proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. (This course covers the management of programmes and services in schools, school resource management, change management, and the supervision of teaching and instruction) 1.
