Terms and Conditions : 1) The supply should be against our intent. 2) The supply should be at Door Delivery (Delivery point is The Octagon Computer Centre, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli - 620 015, unless otherwise specified). 3) The approved price is inclusive of all taxes and F.O.R. N.I.T.T. 4) Price protection : If the market price is lower than the approved price, the market price will be applicable. If there is any hike in market price, the quoted price should be applicable. 5) The delivery should be effected within two days of our intent. 6) The bill / invoice will be passed within 20 days from the receipt of bill/invoice. In case of more than one indent released in the same month the Payment of bill / invoice will be at the end of every month. The bill /invoice should be properly signed and sealed. Also, it should be accompanied by an advance stamped receipt for an early payment. 7) If the supplied Computer Components is found duplicate (or) Damage (or) Not working properly the same has to be replaced by you. The cost for the replacement should be borne by you. Warranty should be provided on on-site basis at N.I.T.T. 8) The rate contract will be terminated without prior notice. 9) All the HODs are empowered to place orders on you on the same terms and conditions and their requests may be honoured.
