Steps and documents needed in order to access European Funds

In order to access a European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), one needs to file a dossier, which consists of several documents. Measure 112 Setting up of young farmers requires the following set of files. - Company papers (legalized copy of the Registry Certificate and a Certificate from the Register of Trade, which is especially released for accessing the European Funds all these papers must be signed and stamped by the owner) This is to say that it is compulsory to have a firm (Authorized Natural Person, Individual Enterprise, Limited Liability Company). However, if one does not yet have a firm, one can still begin the process of obtaining the European Funds, with the condition of getting legal authorization for the firm within 30 days since receiving the confirmation that the financing request has been approved. - a copy of the Identity Card (the age of the one that files for the funds must be maximum 40 years old) - certificate from the bank where the firm has opened an account, in this way confirming the fact that the company has a bank account, where the money will be delivered, once the file has been approved - the fiscal record in order to prove that the company does not have any acts that appear in the Fiscal Record. Enterprises that have debts such as unpaid taxes or that are in insolvency cannot access these funds - Judicial record to certify that the person requesting the funds did not commit any penal acts. (The judicial record expires in two months). - a study diploma one has to have graduated a high school or a faculty which has a beekeeping profile or a beekeeping qualification course, in the country or abroad, which is recognized by the Ministry of Work, Family and Social Protection. The copies of the diplomas obtained abroad must be translated by an authorized translator and legalized, and both the course and the institution that organized the course must be acknowledged by the Ministry. It is necessary to attach a certificate from the respective institution that proves that the course and the diploma are acknowledged by the of Work, Family and Social Protection from Romania.

- The size of the agricultural exploitation must be between 6 and 40 ECU (Economic Units), which is to say the minimum number of hives is 72. This is why one has to attach a certificate from the city hall with the number of hives that one owns, and also a certificate that proves that one has a physical space where the hives are kept; if one does not own such a space, but the relatives own it, there can be made a declaration that the owner lends you the space for a minimum of 5 years. The declaration must be accompanied by a conclusion authentication. - a certificate from the Sanitary Veterinary Direction of the respective county that proves that the company is registered there; it also mentions the activity object and the exploitation code. - a certificate that proves that one is part of an association (it is not compulsory, but one can receive extra points) - financing form (Annexe 1) - business plan (annexe 2) - financing contract (annexe 3) - declarations (annexe 6) - payment form (annexe 4) - Table of content for the dossier where it is mentioned each document and the respective page number. All the pages must be numbered in the upper right corner, signed and stamped. - the cover (mentioning ORIGINAL and COPY) The support for setting up young farmers is of 12,000, for an agricultural exploitation with a minimum dimension of 6 ECU. If the dimension is exceeded, the monetary support can increase with 4,000/ 1 ECU, but cannot exceed 40,000/ exploitation.
