That an account in the name of the AMBIKA ACADEMY be opened with HDFC Bank Limited (HDFC Bank) at VAISHALI NAGAR and that KAILASH CHAND SAINI is (SECRETARY) authorised to sign the necessary forms and documents therefor. The AMBIKA ACADEMY is running under the governance of AMBIKA ACADEMY SANSTHA .
