INVESTMENT POLICY

Sedems Ventures have launched investment opportunities to people interested in generating wealth overtime.

Our focus in Sedems Ventures is centered around the believe that Little drops of water make a mighty ocean, so for this reason we believe small contributions can make great impact in the lives of peoples businesses and communities at large.

Sedems Ventures is located at the west of Mile 7-New Achimota, a suburb of Accra with plot no.ANT, A/112, opposite the Trinity Printing Press Limited.

Sedems Ventures mainly functions as a retail outlet with the following services;

- Retail of mobile phone rechargeable calling cards such as; MTN, VODAFONE, TIGO, EXPRESSO, AIRTEL AND GLO* - Transfer of MTN units to MTN lines - Making of local and international calls

INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

Sedems Ventures will herein after be known as Company and interested investor known as Investor.

THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of the ________ day Of ____________________, _________,

And SEDEMS VENTURES ("Company").

The parties hereby agree as follows: Investor agrees to enter the investment agreement under the program (Program) terms and conditions, amendment, addition or termination of any program is subject to regulation under this agreement. INVESTMENT CONSIDERATION Investor will agree to invest a minimum of GHC 20.00 and no speculated maximum. Investor will be required to fill and submit the investors document to be approved.

INVESTMENT STRATEGIES: Company investment objectives are to maximize current income by expanding its retail business.

PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNTING: Company makes payments to its Investors by giving investors an interest rate of 29% on monies invested. Investors are due to receive payments after Ninety (90) days from date of investment. All payments to investors are made directly into investors account at the stated bank account number in the investors document Company performs its payment obligations with respect of the invested amount or capital. Invested and updates automatically if subsequent deposits or withdrawals take place. Investor is not tied to keep principal amount till the date of maturity but may lose his interest earned in case of withdrawal made prior to above date. Company provides to Investors its yearly statements with each program of operations. WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS All investments made are subject to withdrawal at any time. Withdrawal can be made only to investors account it was deposited from and is not subject to be resent to third party account unless otherwise agreed. Any subsequent investment made in addition to the principal amount are updated automatically once they are accepted by management. There will be no fees charged for withdrawal from the company Investor must provide a notice of 3 days(72hours) before a written withdrawal request can be granted.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement supersedes any and all prior negotiations, undertakings and agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. Each of the parties acknowledges and agrees that neither party has made any representations or promises in connection with this Agreement, or the subject matter hereof, that are not contained herein. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year above written.
