Miami University 2007 ( www.miami.muohio.edu ) Miami University is a public university located in Oxford, Ohio.

. After inordinate struggles of government beginning from 1792, it established in 1809. President George Washington fulfills all legal requirements, identifying name of university and declare 36 square mile of land in the Old Northwest Territory for university. New departments had been added to meet the market demand and changings like education in 1902, business in 1927, fine arts in 1929, graduate programs in 1947, applied science in 1959 and interdisciplinary studies in 1974. Its campus is made with RED BRICKS and Georgian architecture. There are several plants and wooden areas nearby it. Nonviolent atmosphere which support learning environment is focused by university. Parking garage facility is provided by university from 2007. Campus-wide internet access and university bus system for oxford campus is available over there. Residence and dining halls, health services, libraries, museums, public safety, athletic facilities and recreation center, student center and student services, fine arts performance halls has been developed in oxford campus at 2000 acres. University is structured into seven academic divisions (rank order, arts and science, business, education, engineering, fine arts, graduate school and interdisciplinary). University is shifting their decision making style from centralized to more decentralized; decision will be taken by departments separately. Governor has appointed 11 members of trustee including 2 students in administration. 840 full-time faculty members has been appointed from them 75% are PhDs. 16:1 is student faculty ratio. Class size in since is 20 to 29 students and in lab and subsection it is 10 to 19 students. It offers more than 120 undergraduate major degree programs and more than 80 undergraduates minors, 11 doctoral programs and more than 50 master`s programs. It has 5 campus named as Miami University, Miami University- Hamilton, Miami University Middle town, Voice of America learning Center and Dilibois European Center (lunembowg). Student Exchange Program contract has been signed with more than 130 universities of 5 countries. Miami has three honors and scholars programs (Harrison Scholars, University Honors and Challenging Opportunities). Miami is non-profit organization. Sources of revenue are Tuition Fees and other students charges (instructional fee, General fee, Tuition surcharge, other fees and charges), State Appropriations, Federal Grants and Contracts, State grants and contracts, local grants and contracts, private gifts , grants and contracts, endowment income, sales and services of education activities and temporary investment income. It has high scholarship and personal cost like wages etc. Miami Universitys diversity is below than the other universities, only 8.2 % of students are ethnically diverse, 86.8 % are white. Approximately 78% of applicants were accepts and 30% of them enrolled in universities. New enrolled students belong to high income, well educated, and have high academic expectations. Miami have a strong and large group of Alumni from them 2,000 graduates are president, CEOs or owners of companies, one U.S president, three professional athletes. University is famous within and outside geographic region. Its known as one of the top universities of the U.S. Highest Tuition fees, government regulation, less emphasis on athletic performance, negative rural setting, stereotypic remarks and jokes (too white, too rich and too traditional etc) may affect its image and personality.

Fewer students have major concerns about their ability to finance their college education, need limited Scholarships and efforts to generate employment for graduates. Freshmen come from Well-educated background. 2000 graduates are president, CEOs or owner of companies can arrange Internships, employment for current graduates, and support it morally and financially. A strong Brand name can help them to sell new products easily.

Miami has regulatory burden; it can be penalized if the enrollment increase from 16000 undergraduates. Stereotypic remarks for Miami University (too white, too rich and too traditional). Miami University has the highest tuition fees than any public supported university or college in the region, can be proved as demotivating factor for many competent students. Sport fans attitude towards universities as an high academic standard, so they think it is very difficult to manage study and sports simultaneously.
