Exchange Unified messaging

When your outlook account is enabled for unified messaging, voicemail is stored in your outlook email mailbox. When someone leaves a voicemail for you on your office telephone, you will receive an email with the voicemail attached to it. You can consult and delete your voicemails via outlook or via the telephone.

Consulting your voicemail

Via outlook Play the message attached to the email you receive in outlook. On your personal Cisco phone Press the messages button. Next enter your pin code followed by # when your hear the message : , please enter your pin then press the pound key. If this is not your mailbox, press the star key.

On any Cisco phone Dial 78078 Next press the * key when you hear the message : , please enter your pin then press the pound key. If this is not your mailbox, press the star key. Enter your 5 digit extension when you hear the message : To acces your mailbox enter your extension to contact someone press the pound key. Enter your pin code when your hear the message : , please enter your pin then press the pound key. If this is not your mailbox, press the star key.

Changing settings
You can customize your personal greeting via the telephone from the main menu of your voicemailbox. The 5 options listed below can be accessed from the main menu. Say Personal options to change your greeting. This is the greeting people hear when a incoming telephone call not answered and is forwarded to voicemail. Voicemail to hear your voice messages Email to hear email messages or send voice attachments Calendar to hear your appointments Personal contacts or Directory to find location information and make calls Personal options to change voicemail settings (e.g. change your greeting)
