existence and the exact location of the required material ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION in the COMPLAINT by quoting the ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION verbatim in a formal RESPONSE TO NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR A DEFINITE STATEMENT OF BONA FIDE ALLEGATION OF JURISDICTION; AMEND the COMPLAINT and specify the existence and the exact location of the required material ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION in the AMENDED COMPLAINT by quoting the ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION verbatim; or, in the alternative, the plaintiff may move for a DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE in the instant case. Jurisdiction cannot be challenged unless and until it has first been alleged; such allegation may then be challenged, whereupon the onus probandi is cast upon the plaintiff, allegata et probata. Moreover, unless and until an ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION has been made, the court remains uninformed of its jurisdiction, and the court cannot proceed or be aided by a presumption of jurisdiction, nor can it assume jurisdiction; therefore, unless and until an ALLEGATION OF BONA FIDE JURISDICTION has been made, the court lacks all jurisdiction, and I hereby demand that the instant case be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; or, in the alternative, the court may perform such dismissal sua sponte.
