Instructions 1- You are advised to ensure that you fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other

conditions stipulated in the advertisement. Only if you are satisfied that you possess at least the essential qualifications laid down for the post, you may proceed with filling the application further. 2- The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview. 3- In the event of number of applications being large, commission will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods: (a) On the basis of higher qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement (b) On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement (c) By counting experience before or after the acquisition of essential qualifications (d) By holding a Recruitment test. The candidates should, therefore, mention all his/her qualifications and experience in the relevant field over and above the minimum qualifications. 4- Submission of Printout of Application/ Documents/ Certificates: (i) In case of Recruitment Advertisement Following Documents/ Certificates are to be submitted essentially in support of your Educational Qualification(s) [Excluding that of Matriculation/High School and 12th] along with Printout of Online Recruitment Application (ORA) by post/by hand failing which your candidature would be summarily rejected: a) Self attested copies of Degree/Diploma certificate along with mark statements/ mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years will be accepted. Mark statements/ mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years are in addition to Degree/Diploma certificate and not in lieu of them. b) Self attested copy of order/ letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement. (ii) In case of Special Recruitment Advertisement (Recruitment Test case) You are not required to send any Document or Certificate or Printout of Application initially to the Commission. Any Document or Certificate or Printout of Application submitted initially by the candidate would be summarily ignored. However, you should essentially retain the Printout of your Online Recruitment Application (ORA) for submission to the Commission along with relevant Documents/ Certificates on demand, in case you qualify in the Recruitment Test.
