Position Summary Responsible for participating in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and associated HR modules. Develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Identifies training needs of end users and provides the necessary training to meet those needs. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provides support for Oracle HRMS including researching/troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performs scheduled activities; monitors/administers HRMS interfaces and recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Provides on-going HR activity/project support. Recommends process/customer service improvements and policy changes. Serve as a liaison between department and respective application functional and ESS technical team. Tests and implements system upgrades/patches and enhancements. Develops and run ad hoc reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing business area needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running audit reports to verify accuracy and analyzing data. Ensures integrity and security of all HR data through the enforcement of procedures and standards. Supports Oracle HRMS by assessing and assigning user security for the system as it relates to business needs, maintains system tables, performs mass transactions, provides feedback to update online help, tests system environment and provides customer support. Coordinates data entry for Oracle HRMS including day to day system and user support. Updates and develops end user training procedures/documentations and guidelines. Trains business users/employees on new systems/processes/functionality.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field, or combination of equivalent training and experience. Requires 3 - 5 years functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS Applications such as iRecruitment, OAB and Self Service applications Must have extensive knowledge of Oracle HRMS table structures and relationships Experience with Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms6i, TOAD and Workflow Builder. Position Summary Develops, conducts and reviews studies involving compensation, position analysis, organization changes; participates in the development, implementation and administration of compensation, classification and HR initiatives; provides advice and guidance to Authority departments on various HR issues to meet identified organization objectives and needs.
