T NAGIAH - Principal Consultant
(HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection system)

Mr. T Nagiah is a qualified engineer graduated with Bachelor degree Mechanical Technology from prestigious Rai
University, New Delhi. Also prior to his graduation, he has completed a three year specialized engineering course in
Refrigeration and Air-conditioning, from Technical Board of Education, Tamil nadu.

Mr. Nagiah had started his carrier with ETA Engineering (P) Ltd., as an Engineer Trainee. He was involved in projects and
designing of high rise office buildings commercial establishments and Star hotels such as TIDEL Park, Chennai Silks &
ROHINI International Hotels respectively. He has experience more than 10 years in India, Qatar and UAE. He is very
familiar with International standards and best practices related to Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection)
services design, drawing preparation and co-ordination of all services drawings. He worked with M/s AIRTRON and M/s
Sidus InfoTech occupying various senior positions.

Mr Nagiah then associated with SERVAIR as an Associate Consultant. He has independently handled many projects. He is
an active member of the Indian Society for Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.

Total experience or 10 + 8 years in Handling Electrical & Designing projects like factories, hospital buildings. Moses have
practiced with small residential electrification to up to 230 kva HT substation. Moses had knowledge like field experiences,
taking measurements producing test reports etc. He was familiar with IT sector design like Data and voices and security
system. Have more experience in the execution of cutting edge projects.

Mr. Moses having interest in marketing, innovation of power distribution, cost saving plans and quality improvement of field
