What has destroyed every previous civilization has been the tendency to the unequal distribution of wealth and power, wrote the American writer Henry George, who was also politician and political economist. He basically says how bad the irregular distribution of money is in every society. Unfortunately this is a bad reality in many cities in the world, and mainly in countries which their economy is growing now, since the bad distribution of wealthy also affects the economy itself. Indeed, this fact brings bad and serious consequences to the society in a general way and only a deep and committed work force can revert that, which sometimes is not everybody who is willing to do it so. A good example of this situation is given by one of the biggest problem in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This unfortunate leads to two causes, two effects for the whole society, and also two possible solutions are given to the poor distribution of wealth. II . To begin with the two causes of the uneven distribution of wealth are corruption and the lack of education. A. The government corruption is the main responsible for not distributing the right amount money to every layer of the society. 1) Money that should be directed to the poor people is stolen. 2) Most of the time, the government have imaginaries investments. 3) Therefore, people believe that their money is being well applied and keep voting in the same governors.

B. Also, the lack of education let the people blind to the facts of the unfair distribution of money. 1) Connection of the reelection of bad governors and uneducated people. 2) Money is not directed to education, so that the same governors keep their mandate. III. Second, there are two effects caused from the uneven distribution of money. A. Increase of crime. 1) No choice for poor and uneducated people but rubber. 2) High murder index, due to the thievery. B. No believing that education can change their lives. 1) No encourage from families to have their children studying. 2) No ambition to have a better job. IV. Third, the possible solution for the problem listed above is the increase of opportunity of education for all and also the creation of more jobs. A. If education is accessible for the most part of the new generation of the society 1) Increase of people with a better critical thinking 2) Balanced jobs access with a better wage. B. Creation of new position for the portion of the society who find themselves in crime. 1) Decrease of murder and robbery

2) Better quality of life. 3) Opportunity to distribute money to those who never had a dignified salary for the basic necessities. V. To sum up, the bad distribution of money within the Carioca population is one of the biggest problems that the city has been facing lately. This bad reality is being changed little by little, as the globalization makes its role, which brings information for all, no matter where they came from or how wealthy they are. Thanks to this, many people has been realized how corrupted and unfair the government is. However, the principal organ to change this fact is the government. If there is a higher index of education creation, as well job opportunities for all, for sure a better and fair society can grow and a better life condition for all can be achieved. People are also responsible for letting the city being governed by such bad people. So, we are also the ones who can claim for our rights and not let such a beautiful city like Rio de Janeiro in bad place to live.
