SITE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR NON TECHNICAL COURSE OVERVIEW Meeting the needs of cost is one of the primary objectives of any construction project and this responsibility is significantly charged to the personnel managing the construction activities at the project site. It is imperative that site management personnel must be capable of implementing project programmed and activities within the framework of cost allowed. This necessitates them to have sufficient knowledge of the relationship between project cost against and project activities underpinned with awareness project implications if the project activities are not implemented within cost. A pre-requisite of this is the understanding and appreciation of the knowledge on the fundamentals and dynamics of site financial management.
