ESTIMATED BUDGET STRUCTURE 3:

The scientific research programme last for 6 semesters and is organised in the field of research of the Ph.D coordinator. It can be a sub-theme of a team research project which is ran by various departments. Scientific research is based on quantitative and qualitative methods, approved by the scientific community in the fundamental PhD area of study. In this respect, the PhD coordinator together with the PhD candidate will develop the doctoral research project. The evaluation of the scientific research project will be handled by the Guiding Commission.

This is an estimation of the budget and its purpose is to familiarise the doctoral student with writing research projects for national and international competitions

ANNEX 5 SUMMARY OF THE ACADEMIC RESEARCH PROGRAMME:


The applicant must cover the following in no more than 1,000 words in printed and electronic form: 1. The theme chosen for conducting the academic research program with outline of the chapters; 2. Summarizing the current state of academic research and selective Romanian and foreign bibliography related to the proposed theme; 3. Proposed research methodology (data etc..),iIncluding feasibility study (data availability, etc..) analysis, prediction, validation,

4. Stages of research and thesis preparation (reviews, essays, chapters); 5. Arguments (strengths) in favour of the proposed theme; 6. Expected scientific results that will result from the research, their relevance in relation to previous research and with economic reality; 7. Plan for dissemination of research results through articles, reports, publications, etc.. (I.O.S.U.D. A.S.E. will achieve standards of excellence in carrying out doctoral research doctorate only if the results are presented in national and international scientific peer-reviewed publications, preferably ISI. The thesis will be approved for public defense only if the doctoral research is completed through at least three articles published in professional journals, scientific peer-reviewed, of which at least one overseas).

Meritul tiinific al proiectului : nivelul de informare i calitatea descrierii stadiului actual al cunoaterii n domeniu pe plan naional i internaional ; contribuiile poteniale raportate la cele mai recente realizri citate n fluxul principal de publicaii; gradul de originalitate/inovaie. Modul de organizare a proiectului : obiectivele proiectului sunt credibile i clar prevzute ; exist concordan ntre obiectivele proiectului i programul de doctorat ; modul de valorificare al rezultatelor proiectului. D. Structura bugetului : exista concordan ntre obiectivele proiectului i valoarea solicitat ; costurile pe capitole sunt realiste. E.
