We would be issuing the formal joining letter within the next few months which will give you clarity on the date, time and location of reporting at TCS along with details on the documents to be producedto complete the joining formalities, which is a pre requisite to finally induct you into TCS. Document verification will be an important processduring induction and the joining letter with its appended annexures will equip you to plan ahead for a smooth transition. Learning is a way of life in TCSL and the Initial Learning / Training Program (ILP) will add value to your professional life and will open a world of opportunities.ILP is specially designed to inculcate programming rigor and to build a process mindset. The soft skills module of ILP would help in grooming you to become a world class professional. We would appreciate if you could prepare yourself in advance so that you areequipped to meet the expectations and challenges of ILP. Pre-ILP Online Learning program through ASPIRE is mandatory for all trainees joining TCSL. A mail stating the same will be sent to you from TCS minimum 2 months prior to your ILP Start date in order to get you started with ASPIRE. We request you to utilize this duration in a

constructive manner by completing the On- Line training program prior to joining TCS. We take this opportunity to repeatthe following clauses with respect to TCS Eligibility: Your appointment will be subject to you scoring a minimum aggregate (aggregate of all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60% or above in each of your Class 10, Class 12, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination which includes successful completion of your final semester examination without any pending arrears/back logs during the entire course duration in the first attempt only. Please note that all subjects mentioned on the mark sheets should be taken into consideration while calculating the aggregate marks. For example, best of 5/6 subjects for calculating the aggregate is not acceptable as per the TCS Eligibility Criteria. TCS permits candidates with minimum 2 standing arrears to appear for the selection process; however the candidates are expected to clear the arrearswithin the stipulated duration of the course only. All pending backlogs/arrears must be cleared before the completion of your final semester within the stipulated duration of the course. Any arrear/backlog in the final semester is considered as extended education and does not meet the TCS Eligibility Criteria. First attempt implies that you should pass the final semester examination (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduation) with minimum aggregate marks (aggregate of all subjects in all

semesters) of 60% and above within the first attempt itself. For example,if you have secured 58.9 % (aggregate of all subjects) in your Standard 12th examination and you have taken an improvement exam in the next attempt securing 62 %, you are not eligible as per the TCS Eligibility Criteria, as improvement exam is not considered as first attempt. Extended Education: As communicated to you through various forums during the recruitment process, your appointment is subject to completion of your course within the stipulated time as specified by your University/Institute. It is mandatory to declare the gaps/arrears/backlogs, if any, during your academic and work experience. Break in education should not be due to extended education. Any break in education should not exceed 2 years. Candidates who have applied to TCSL and were not successful in clearing the TCSL selection process are not eligible to reapply to TCSL within six months from the date on which the candidate had attended theselection test and/or interview. You are not eligible to appear for the TCSLselection process within six months of the previous unsuccessful attempt. The management reserves the right to withdraw/revoke the offer/appointment in case any discrepancy is found in the details submitted by you a at the time of your joining.We request you to calculate your scores for Class 10, Class 12, Diploma, Graduation and Post-Graduation as applicable in order to validate the information you have provided and to check if you have entered your
