Anarchy Brings Revolution

Revolution is a symbol of freedom. Revolution is the spirit that brings about a change in generations. Revolution is a movement of ideologies. Revolution is what makes or breaks civilizations. The notion that has been brought before this august house is that anarchy brings revolution. Yet, could it be true? Is it possible to let a state not be governed by any law or order and bring about revolution? Any state is formed on the basis of ideologies. But the state cannot exist solely on the basis of these ideologies. Law and order is required to chalk out the rules and regulations to maintain balance among the citizens. Developing these laws alone is of no use. There is no law that exists independent of the ones who make them and enforce them. We cannot expect our country to run smoothly by making a constitution but having no one to implement it. We cannot expect the public to obey the rules when there is no one to check them. In this situation, no one would agree that a government-free state shall bring about revolution. It will only bring chaos and that is absolutely different from revolution! Everyone is enthusiastic when it comes to the whole concept of revolutionizing a state. Revolution is being taken for granted instead of being taken seriously. We emotionally talk about how important it is to implement Islam in our governmental system. Yet when we question the very existence of Islamic Government, no one comes up with solid answers. If anyone does say that Quran is our constitution, then that person should look through the pages of Islamic history once again. Our Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W) is undoubtedly the greatest ruler of Islamic history. He did not implement Quran as a constitution. He made a constitution for Makkah and Madina separately. If anarchy could bring about revolution, then why would our beloved prophet (S.A.W.W) conquer Arab land and then observe law and order it its true form? It is because a system is needed, that could check and balance the conduct of its nation. Without a system of government to be there to rule and govern the nation, we all shall be like blind lambs running in a jungle full of wild beasts. These blind lambs cannot bring revolution! They can old bring their death warrants. In the current era, where everyone has become a part of the power lust festival, we definitely need revolution. Yet is it necessary to shun the governmental system in order to carry out this duty? Revolution is in the name of revolt against the prevailing system. If we remove the system from its existence, then we will need to rebuild everything from scratch. The fastrack era of speed buzz, we can not afford to do that all over again! Allama Iqbal believed in his nation. He knew that we had the ability to rise above the hurdles that the rulers had placed at that time. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah did not give up independence for nothing! The revolution that was brought back in 1947 was not because of anarchy, but it was because of the leaders that lead the nation to the right path.

The need of the hour is revolution. This revolution can rise from us. We do not need to develop things from root level, we just need to crave our way in the crafty hands to polish a beautiful sculpture. We need to believe in ourselves and trust our abilities. Among us are the people who shall be the next politicians, doctors, engineers, scholars, writers, teachers, lawyers and businessmen. If we are sincere with the aim of revolution, then we should work as hard as we can to make our country a better place to live. The change in system is not required, but the change is people is required. And we are the people, we need to change.
