Evolution RGB
the Future is Here!

Evolution RGB
The new Evolution is a Revolution in optical sorting
Both the human eye and the Evolution detect color through three wavelengths (Red, Green and Blue), allowing the sorter to match the eyes ability to see true color. This full color sorting machine uses 16 million colors, high-resolution cameras and long lasting LED lighting to detect and remove defects. It works like the human eye the smallest color deviations are identified and rejected. This machine has the ability to see true color and precisely sort a wide range of products, even those with small shade differences. Applications: Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Edible Beans, Coffee Beans, Corn, Soybeans, Pulses, Vegetable Seeds, Plastics, etc. Rejects: Minor color differences, speck defects, foreign material, insect damage, mold, decaying product, etc. Sizes: 4 or 8 chutes Evolution Specifications: Multilingual Touch Screen with a user friendly interface Utilizes full color camera technology to precisely sort a wide range of products Fully digital electronic package Patented long life, high intensity and focused LED illumination system Enhanced high speed micro-processing Internet accessibility via SatakeEverywhere remote administration and support system

Evo 8
Evolution Benefits: EVO RGB optical sorter is ideal for multiple colored applications or minor shade differences Proprietary image capture processing software with ability to pin point defects and remove them accurately No lamp or optical filter change required during product changeover Improved high capacity material handling system, up to 50% more capacity High ejector density design for concentrating the rejected fraction Movable screen to observe the defect image data during product set up RGB Full Color Technology Evolution RGB utilizes proprietary software to combine the response from the red/green/blue (RGB) camera to form a 3D color space. The EVO RGB combines these responses in a manner that very closely imitates the human eye response to color.
