Tip Customizing the printed PCR logo allows operational sites with different logos to brand PCRs with their site logo. Currently, this functionality is limited and can be used for approved logos only. When entering caregiver shift times in MEDS that must display on the Trip Reconciliation report, a colon must be used in the Shift Start Time and Shift End Time data fields. For example, when entering Start Shift Time, enter 08:00, not 0800. When configuring MEDS using the Configuration Manager, MEDS administrators must be aware of all business rules and the effect of hiding mandatory fields will have on the business rules. If a business rule is broken due to a hidden data field, the PCR will not transmit.
