Application Analyst III Effectively served as the primary customer contact for trouble tickets relating to the Sales and Marketing Systems of Yellow Roadway, on both Mainframe and Client server platforms. Subject matter expert tasked with designing, coding, testing and implementing a modification to the Customer Problem Resolution system that stopped the system from sending continued status updates after a department cancelled or closed an unwanted job. Identified as key leader responsible for retiring the legacy Sales Pay for performance system. Worked with the Mainframe scheduler (using CA-7) and rescheduled the remaining portion of the Legacy Sales for performance system to provide a feed to the new Sales Force Effectiveness system. Successfully led an effort that made the Customer Problem Resolution system available on the intranet. Utilized HTML and Java Scripts to build the solution.
