Zeus, the Father of Gods; Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and Beauty; and Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom and War, most of these are the Greek heroes or heroines that we knew since we were children. But we might be dont know, all of these heroes and heroines not only accompanied us in our childhood, but also gave us a great lesson of life education that we will face and figure out at the future. In many countries like United State, United Kingdom or even Taiwan, Greeks mythologies were used as teaching materials in primary school, secondary school or even high school. From this we can knew that Greeks mythologies did played an important roles in all positions. Zeus is the King of Gods who ruled the Olympians of Mount Olympus as a father ruled the family. He is the god of sky and thunder in Greek mythology. As we knew, Zeus has the power that stronger than anyone, in other word, Zeus is the strongest man in Greek Mythology, but he did have some weakness too. Zeus has a very competitive nature, and always speaking with an arrogant tone, this caused him toward many unexpectedly but reasonable accidents. For example, Zeus always said that he was the omnipotent and no one can lie or fool him, hes the one who controlled everything, but unfortunately, his overconfidence lead him to a deception from another Greeks hero, Prometheus. Prometheus was the god who stole the lightning fire from Zeus and brought it to humanity, and boxed up by Zeus at a hill. Fortunately, another god passed by and saved him by exchanged another hostage with Prometheus. Beside, Zeus has another weakness about gender and relationship, he always get into trouble because of his lustful attitude, he used to flirt with women and caused the angry of his wife Hera, come along with punishment to Zeus or those women he flirt with. Io was one of the women that Zeus flirt with, when Hera noticed, Zeus transformed Io into a cow and started the adversity of Ios life. From this we can learn that do not baffle by self-adulation or feminine attraction, or else even the strongest man will also collapse. The second Greeks heroine that mostly used in teaching

materials was Aphrodite. She was the Goddess of Love, Beauty, Pleasure and Procreation. Because of her beauty, other gods feared that
jealousy would interrupt the peace among them and lead to war, so Aphrodite got a symbol of jealous too in Greek mythologies. The Judgement of Paris was a mythology that described a jealous fight between Aphrodite, Hera and Athena. There was a golden apple from Paris, and he has to make a decision wherever who he going to give the golden apple to. Hera tried to bribe Paris with the control over

all Asia and Europe, while Athena offered wisdom, fame, and glory in battle, and Aphrodite offered the most beautiful mortal woman in the world as a wife, and he accordingly chose her. In the end, Paris gave the golden apple to Aphrodite. In order to keep a promise, Aphrodite sent Paris a beauteous woman, Helen, but unfortunately, Helen was the wife of King Menelaus of Sparta, and gave rise of the Trojan War. Although Aphrodite offered the best thing to Paris, but the thing she offered was belong to someone, it is a kind of selfish behavior. From this mythology, we can learnt a proverb Do not do to others what you would not have them do to you.
