NEGLECT OF DUTY

A. Leaving work spot or place of work or Company premises During time of work without permission from Supervisor or Head. B. Sleeping on the job. C. Sleeping during work hours without causing any accident or damage to Company and co-workers. D. Sleeping during work hours causing accident or damage to company and/or co-workers. E. Negligence or carelessness that may result to delays on work or Services for the company. F. Doing things not work related. G. Intentionally delaying work and withholding work-related information. H. Giving false or misleading information regarding work or co-workers. I. Misplacement or Lost of companys records. J. Not wearing proper uniform. K. Not wearing proper protective equipments. L. Not wearing of ID twice within one month. M. Failure to work Overtime without valid reason/s after signifying willingness to perform authorized overtime work. N. Consistent low efficiency in work. O. Other negligent actions during working hours causing accident to self, Co-workers and property of company.

CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

Start or provoke or join in fight/s during work hours at company premises. Attempt to hurt or hurt co-workers inside co. premises. Argue and use invectives against co-workers or superiors. Threaten his supervisor/head or co-workers. Disorderly conduct of any kind during working hours and on company premises i.e. horse playing, joking or shouting G. Hurt/injure co-workers or superiors inside and outside workplace. H. Spread malicious rumors against co-workers and/or officials. I. Immoral attitude inside work area and bringing in pornographic materials. J. Displaying immoral conduct in public place/s inside the Company premises. K. Having immoral relationship with co-workers or supervisor/head. L. Bringing in things that can hurt or injure other workers/employees. M. Destructive actions on orderliness and cleanliness of the company. N. Malicious acts and conducts. O. Mingling with company's visitors/clients which was not part of the job. P. Drinking alcohol/liquors inside company premises. Q. Working under the influence of alcohol/liquors and drugs. R. Gambling during work hours insde the company premises. S. Engaging in the practice of usurious loan transactions with Co-employee. T. Use and selling of drugs. U. Having infectious disease without informing the company. V. Taking refreshments or snacks for an unreasonable length of time Or at frequencies more than that is allowed. W. Willful holding back, slowing down hindering or limiting work output Or inducing or encouraging fellow employees to do so. X. Using the telephone unrelated to work Y. Refusal to follow rules on security and safety of the company. Z. Violation of rights of other to privacy. AA.Entering restricted areas with permission. BB. SECTION 4 ACTS OF DISHONESTY A. Theft or stealing companys property/ies. B. Stealing things of co-workers during work hours /inside company premises. C. Punching timecards of other workers or letting others punched their timecards. Both employees will be sanctioned. F. Covering up erring actions or not reporting damaged or lost things. G. Unauthorized holding of meetings or assembly inside companys premises. Falsification of companys documents. Letting non-employee hitch a ride on companys vehicle and without permission. J. SECTION 7 CONFLICT OF INTEREST Directly or indirectly participate/join/enter into a transaction with others that is in conflict with company. SECTION 8 NEGLECT OF DUTY OF MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEE Inaction of supervisor/head to do necessary action on any violation of those under his authority/responsibility.
