Responsibilities: * Assesses system/ network performance; Sets up and observes network systems. Recommends upgrades or improvements; Supports development of technical standards and application uses; Resolves network problems and offers technical assistance to users. * Arranges and administers security measures to restrict unauthorized use of data systems and databases as well as provide control and security features and measures from external connections * Ensures that all workstations and computer peripherals conform to network standards * Ensures network connectivity at all times * Recommends and provides strategies in fully maximizing network utilization * Prepare reports and analysis of current network utilization as well as issues arising from therein * Restricts, enforces and controls network usage that hinders or poses threat to network stability and security. * Research assignments and document all changes and enhancements and comply with established programming standards and other company policies and procedures. Requirements: * Male; 23 -35 years old * Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent * At least 1 year working experience in MIS / ERP * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Must be detail oriented, organized, and with ability to do multi-tasking jobs * With experience in Windows platform and Linux * With technical knowledge in VLAN, VPN, IPSEC. * Knowledgeable in PHP, Java, HTML, XML, Flash programming is an advantage * Knowledgeable in configuring layer switches. Responsibilities: * Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects * Make recommendations on custom applications * Identify opportunities that can improved efficiency of business processes * Coordinate application development for multiple projects * Assist in troubleshooting software application issues * Assist in managing an outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and programming consultants * Assist with application installation and testing * Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements * Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions * Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology * Provide programming for some in-house IT projects * Provide SQL administration in live and test environments * Write technical procedures and documentation for the application including operations, user guide, etc. * Participate on the design phase of any new IT software development projects * Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects Requirements: * Should have 3-5 years of technology experience with hand-on technical roles in the field and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals *

Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, and enterprise software applications * Technical experience with systems networking, databases, Web development, and user support * Good background in the database design in Microsoft SQL, MySQL, and Oracle * Background in Microsoft. NET Technology, Java, ASP, PHP * Strong project management skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Experience in the development and implementation of applications * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities * Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities * Excellent English oral and written communication skills * Post secondary degree in computer science or related field or a combination of related experience and educator.
