ADDITIONAL WORKSHOP & PROJECTS One-week International Euromed MBA seminars in Morocco; India; USA; China; Brazil. The Euromed MBA Leadership Project. This module consists of an initial Assessment Center that helps
identify the participants capacities, a Leadership Project, Leadership Workshops, courses on Leadership & Sustainable performance and on Change Management and Personal Executive Coaching sessions.
Maritime Strategy Thesis Project. The participant has to prove that he or she is able to integrate the
various components of the program into a holistic approach. The thesis is related to the participants company or to a more personal project.

Cyril Levy (Intake 2009) Head of the Engineering empowerment program , DCNS- Surface Ships & Naval Systems Division Nowadays the maritime environment is central to the development of the worldwide economy. Therefore, the Euromed Maritime MBA shall be the reference in executive education program for companies involved in the maritime cluster. People involved in this programme required to be optimistic because this adventure will be hard, demanding but great and so rewarding. I lived it fully and intensively and I learned a lot in terms of knowledge but above all about myself. By overcoming each difficulty, I reached a milestone in my personal development and I am now armed to meet the new maritime challenges of my company. Franck Magarian (Intake 2009) Logistics Manager, CMA-CGM Civil engineer by training, manager with 25 years experience in the French Navy, I wanted to gain more civil business knowledge and shipping clues. The Euromed MBA programme brought me to the level I wanted and the outstanding location helps to benefit from highly skilled lecturers from the shipping industry. I confirm also that following a MBA alongside your job is challenging but I got strong support from my fellow students from which I have learnt a lot during the sessions but also when discussing in the e-learning modules. My experience has been very positive: within one year I have gained close to 10 years of experience and feel strong enough to take a challenging position in any business.

After spending 15 years in the field of international business development in industry, I wanted to give renewed strength and depth to my competencies in finance and management to boost my career, so I applied for the Euromed MBA. This generalist programme, which I found very comprehensive, enabled me to work on a project I have had for some time; to take over a company. The programme provided me with a tool box to conduct my project. It also enabled me to think more methodically, with more rigor and to be more creative. As a result, I understand myself better and I have been able to build on my ambitions to contribute to the creation of an innovative activity in the field of sustainable development. I have acquired the capacity to think strategically with a more mature and more global view of the company. But above all, it has enabled me to set out on a new professional career, which suits me much better.
MuseArts Asia is a non-profit organization located in Tokyo and South Korea that promotes regional integration and diversity by solving social issues that many children in Asia Pacific face. The organisation not only helps children to develop their sense of self-identity and achieve their dreams, but also creates social value for the region, as every $1 invested creates $10 for the society. I have always aspired to work for organisations that promote regional unification within Asia Pacific. I joined Euromed Management with a hope to reach this goal. During my academic year, I not only acquired broad business acumen, but the professors, coaches and the management team provided me with decisive directions based on their academic expertise as well as my professional experience and personal constraints. Genuine yet challenging supports I received throughout my year in the MBA programme helped me to transform my lifetime ambition into a real and feasible project.
