Money-in-Motion offered cost-effective access to financial education and a network of objective resources. Wrote/edited nine reference guides covering the need-to-know basics of sound financial decision-making, supplemented with videos, live & online seminars and monthly newsletters. Supervised the entire launch, from editorial review to package design. Developed marketing initiatives post-launch to promote this program and increase participation. Early adopter clients included DuPont, Mobil, and AT&T. In four years, program went from launch to just shy of $3 million in annual revenue. M-in-M was further distinguished as the recipient of the NORI Multimedia Communication Program Award.

Co-created a multimedia education program that our corporate parent, American Express, requested for its small business owners segment. Supervised script development, video production & package design for the program, which was marketed to over 1.1 million American Express Cardmembers. Produced a series of seven time-sensitive videos to explain technical tax law changes to various market segments, including C-suite executives, middle management, general employee populations, and pre-retirement groups. Managed production & distribution costs to successfully generate 20% average profit for each video in the series.

National Client Relations

Hand-selected by our CEO to an elite Client Relations field team that conducted site visits at over 150 companies to enhance Ayco's relationship with those organizations, provide an additional level of quality control, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. This was an ideal role for me, playing to a lot of my strengths simultaneously. Co-developed and established the annual Ayco Benefits & Compensation Conference, which we hosted for Human Resource professionals for 10 years running, with over 70% repeat attendees every year. In concert with the other InnerCircle client events that we hosted, we generated 80% repeat business from our existing customer base, in addition to opening up opportunities with new prospects.

Public Affairs/Media Relations

Identified need for significant public relations effort to competitively position Ayco in the marketplace. Began by placing stories strategically and encouraging interviews with Aycos financial planning experts in The Wall Street Journal, Investor Relations, Money, Forbes, Business Week, and a variety of HR trade publications. In less than 2 years, achieved a 233% increase in placements in The Wall Street Journal alone by establishing responsible relationships with various bureau chiefs and senior reporters. Represented our firm as Media Spokesperson and retained an external agency to provide support for this PR engine. Ultimately generated over $2 million of free exposure through national media.

PEOPLE POINT (360 REVIEWS)

How effectively does Linda foster a positive work environment and help our people grow?
Extremely collaborative. Embodies the People First mentality... Positive influence on the teams she supports and in front of the client. Responsive to the needs of Ernst and Young's clients. Willing to jump in and get her hands dirty in order to build and maintain positive client relations. Has been known to go out of her way to provide assistance when in fact she had no vested interest in the outcome of the project. She is able to keep people focused on the objectives, moving in the same direction and feeling good about their contribution. She is a 'do-er' not just one who shares ideas and leaves others to implement. She is mindful of others time and is always seeking ways to include younger employees in initiatives. Attention to detail is evident in the quality of her work. These behaviors contribute to fostering a positive work environment and influence the quality of work of those around her. Very positive attitude and, therefore, fosters a positive work environment. Linda is very dedicated and hard working. She is always there to listen, help out and give guidance. Responsive and always makes time for you. Her mentoring/guidance has been very valuable to my development. Thank you! A class act with strong client skills. Well-spoken, mature, diligent, smart and personable. She thinks outside the box quite easily and is respectful of the ideas of others. She can take a highlevel perspective and also roll up her sleeves and execute; she does both well. I value her contributions tremendously.
