It causes problem of environmental pollution as well as traffic jam. Therefore, bus service is one recommendation of protecting our environment and congestion. With this question, I would like to mention reality including advantages and limitation and suggested solution. Reality: Advantages: In 2011, the bus system transports 446.7 million turns of people that contributes important role in reducing the number of people using private vehicles that causes environment pollution and congestion. Bus service is a good choice for people having low income. As estimated, more than 75% of people using bus service were low-income level. Only with 80,000 VND you can go anywhere in Hanoi during one month if u have a monthly ticket.45.5 % of people use this means of transport because of safety The bus system is improved with many new large buses with good air condition that make 75% of people using it feel comfortable. The behaviors of drivers and assistant drivers are polite. Therefore, when the passengers get on the bus, they feel very pleasant and the number of people using bus service due to it increases. There are 84 bus routes and the average of waiting time is 15 minutes for each turn that make people easier to get a bus, . Limitation For the reason that the limitation of bus facility such as narrow road network, lacking of packing area, deficiency in road system impact directly to bus route network There are still many cases of stealing on the bus. Although there are 84/60 bus routes but many buses get overcrowded which make passengers uncomfortable. Solution The government Enhance bus facility by broadening road network and bus stop and raise the number as well as quality of buses Tighten the law to end the wrong way of bus transporting and stopping. Individuals The young should raise their politeness and awareness of giving up their seat for the old, children as well as pregnant. Be careful with your property when you are on buses. Who do you think would benefit most from city bus service? As mention above, passengers would benefit most from city bus service. People with low income choose buses service as their main means of transport. Besides, with cheap price, people who have to move at long distance can also get benefits from using bus service.

My friends and me have just finished thjs topic so i want to share and hope u will comment. Now i 'm a last year student and i'm going to graduate in june. In the near future i need to look for a job. There are many things for me to prepare and one of them is social skill Social skills are skills we have to get along with other people. There are many social skills which are neccessary for my job in the future. Personally i think that communicative skill, leadership skill, building and maitaining friendship and dealing with conflict are basic social skills that students should prepare. Firstly i suppose that communicative skill is the most important thing. Thanks to good skill of communication we can get success more easily than people who haven't got it. So how can we improve it? There are some tips such as making frequent eye contact, smiling when meeting people and talking , listening and showing interest in what the other person says, using body language in smooth way, using basic politeness by saying please and thank u, saying hello and goodbye so on. The second skill i'd like to say is leadership . By what way can u become a good manager in the eyes of ur employee? In my opinion to keep good relation with all coworkers , u should get on with them. When u are a leader, u should care for ur employees. It's good for u to be friendly. This makes the relationship between u and ur officers become closer. Another social skill which a student should prepare is building and maitaining frienship at work. In living and working, we need to have good friends to share all hapiness and sadness. They are people who help us a lot in the life. To make an intimate friendship , u should stand by ur friends in all situations because people say " a friend in deed is a friend u need". Finally it's neccessary for us to have skill of dealing with the conflict . Social interaction don't always run smoothly. Somtimes we can get conflict with friends or coworkers. In these cases we should keep calm and say what we are feeling without being agressive. Solving all problems in peaceful way is the best to deal with conflict. In summary besides good knowledge, we need to prepare some social skills to get selfconfidence when we are about to work:-P.
