Their transport provided by Jrva County Vocational Training Centre to Paide accommodation places. 17th November 2011, 9.45 12.30, 13.30 16.30 1) Opening and welcome by the host organization (JKHK) director Rein Oselin 2) Presentation of the partner organizations and their main activity fields by the representatives of each country 3) Ene Pener from JKHK went over with the group the main goals and contents of the project, pointing out the project mile stones and the necessity of dividing the work unanimously in

connection with further steps. The partners are aware of their tasks and responsibility in the project. The partners are aware that on-going activities in their regions, related to the project, should help to analyse and define bio-energy research profiles for developing ECVET units, and create 5 country profiles of bio-energy options and profiles of a bio-energy training scheme at the VET level.
4) All the project results will be presented on the Internet website. Estonia as the coordinator partner will find a specialist to produce a homepage by March 2012. The other countries will carry the required expenditures.

5) All the partners presented the current situation of bio-energy production and consumption in their countries. The PowerPoint presentations of each county will be available on the project website. 6) The partners went through the next project steps and discussed the next working steps in accordance with the project plan. Proposal for next meeting time in Belgium on 18.-21. March
2012 was accepted. Visit to Germany bio-mass production centres will take place on 3.-6. June 2012. 7) The project partners achieved after a discussion a common understanding about the project topic which should not be only bio-gas production but bio-energy as a wider field to help to develop the common VET units. 8) Before the next meeting in Belgium every country is responsible for creating a Word document with history and situation about bio-energy production in their country. In the afternoon from 16.30 9) Visiting the regional cultural heritage sites: Paide old town castle grounds and the old Manor House Phjaka for common dinner with Estonian national food.

18th November 2011, 9.00 18.00 1) Partner evaluation and feedback to the first conference in Srevere, Estonia. 2) Guided tour to Rakvere town castle, cultural program: visiting medieval wine cellar and torture chamber. 3) Welcome for lunch in Rakvere Professional School.
