Applicant must ensure minimum eligibility conditions before applying. Submission of Application Form will be no basis for claiming admission. Do not attach copies of mark sheets, certificates etc. with this form. Original documents and their attested copies along with Admit Card for Entrance Test shall be required at the time of interview. Incomplete Application Form will NOT be considered. For admission to the UG courses of the Faculty of Humanities & Languages, Social Sciences and Natural Sciences there shall be Group-wise Common Entrance Test as detailed in Instruction 1 on page 3. The applicants may apply for the courses from one of the groups of subjects listed on page 3, by filling a single Application Form, specifying the order of preference in appropriate column(s) in the Application Form. However, if an applicant wishes to apply in the courses from one or two different groups, he/she will have to fill a separate Application Form in each such case.

Filled Application Form complete in all respect along with the Bank Draft / Pay order, should be submitted in the office of the Dean of the respective Faculty by the last date indicated in the Prospectus.
