Directions In a YOR Health Shaker Cup Fill a shaker cup with 2 oz. (about 60 ml) of room temperature water. Add 2 level scoops of YOR Muscle Energy and shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds. Add 6 - 8 oz. (175 - 240 ml) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15 - 20 seconds. (add less water if you prefer a thicker consistency) In a blender Add 8 - 10 oz. of water to a blender and turn it on. While the blender is mixing, add 2 level scoops of YOR Muscle Energy. Blend for 20 seconds.
