ABDULLAH VCL 615 TRADITIONAL MALAY ARTS AND CRAFTS & AESTHETHICS. TOPIC AND GUIDELINES FOR THE ASSIGNMENT Choose any quotation or statement from figure of notes, period, related theories and references and views that has it relevancy to the Malay art & crafts and aesthetic. Describe, analyze and interprets with an understanding of the relationship between the theories and the selected scope such as artwork, design product, photographs, the Malay traditional crafts, literature, artifacts and culture. Good writing should be able to show relationship of aesthetics in the Malay traditional arts and crafts and its underlying meaning through observation, description, analyze, interpretation and views. Writings are to be supported with relevant reading materials from books, thesis, journal, articles from news paper & magazine and etc. The assignment writing should be simple, clear and precise that can be easily read and understand by all. Assignment should be written in good English/Bahasa and to be submitted two week (Week 10) after the mid-semester break.

List of contents Introduction Content (to be supported by facts) Conclusion References Type using 1.5 spacing, Arial, size 11 and with approximately 5 - 10 pages Scanned pictures or illustrations attached when necessary.
