Instructions Cook chicken and chop or shred. Place in a bowl and add green onions and half of the cheese. Make the sauce using the soup, sour cream, green chiles, and garlic powder. Mix a little sauce into the chicken mixture to moisten. Pour half of the sauce into 2 9x13 pans. Fill each tortilla with 2 spoonfuls of chicken and roll up. Place seam-side down in the pan. Cover enchiladas with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Servings per Recipe
