DISTRICT COURT OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY MARYLAND

Plaintiff,

MOTIOfi[TO FIND THAT DEFENDANT WALKER VIOLATED THE FINAL PEACE
o 0:: U ORDER
LL1 c...:=
c01tles and moves this Court to find that Defendant Aaron Walker
has violated the Peace Order issued on February 8, 2012. In short, the Peace Order
prohibits Mr. Walker from harassing Plaintiff, yet Mr. Walker continues to harass
Plaintiff.
1. On February 8, 2012, this Court issued a final Peace Order against Aaron
Walker prohibiting him from harassing Plaintiff. The Court found, by clear
and convincing evidence, that Mr. Walker's frivolous and malicious legal
filings, tweets and blog posts against Plaintiff were part of a harassment
campaign against Plaintiff. The Court warned Mr. Walker not to continue to
harass Plaintiff.
2. On March 17, 2012, Aaron Walker served a $66,000,000 lawsuit on Plaintiff
in order to harass him. The lawsuit is malicious and frivolous.
3. It charges Plaintiff with defamation, extortion, interference with his business,
business conspiracy, common law conspiracy, and stalking. It also asks for
an injunction permanently gagging Plaintiff from ever mentioning his name.

than Virginia civil law. The factual basis for the counts is that Plaintiff wrote
two emails to Mr. Walker's attorney regarding a conflict of interest and
settlement in a civil matter against a client of Mr. Walker's. In that civil
matter, Mr. Walker was representing the client using the pseudonym Aaron
Worthing. When Plaintiff discovered that Mr. Worthing was in fact Mr.
Walker, he disclosed that to the judge in the case. Mr. Walker has now sued
Plaintiff for identifying Mr. Worthing as Mr. Walker, accusing Plaintiff of
putting him in harm's way because Mr. Walker has been publishing a Muslim
hate blog called Everyone Draw Mohammed, which includes over 800 vile
depictions of the Prophet Mohammed.
4. Mr. Walker's suit is a harassment suit and violates the Peace Order. Mr.
Walker has no basis on which to sue Plaintiff. He is doing so merely to harass
Plaintiff and to retaliate against him for filing the Peace Order.
5. Mr. Walker in fact identifies himself in the Virginia civil suit as Mr. Walker
and as Mr. Worthing and as the publisher of the hate blog. He has filed other
cases in this court using his real Aaron Walker name. See e.g. Aaron Walker
v. Neal Rauhauser, #0601SP006312012.
Wherefore, for all the above reasons, Plaintiff moves this Court to find that Mr.
Walker has violated the Peace Order by filing and serving a malicious and meritless
lawsuit against Plaintiff in order to harass him.
Respectfully submitt
Brett Kimberlin
