1. Product Description Mozzarella Cheese is produced from fresh milk which has been standardised, pasteurised and further processed according to standard mozzarella manufacturing procedures. It has a smooth even texture, is fresh tasting and has a pleasant fragrance. It displays excellent stretch and melting characteristics traditionally associated with this cheese.
