1. Use Cases for LISA Requirements


1.1 UC 151.01 Create Telephone Record
1.1.1 Description
1. This use case describes the steps for creation of a Telephone Record. The Reader enters details
regarding incoming and outgoing telephone conversation with various entities external to the Listing
Division in the Telephone Record.
2. The Telephone Record can used to record complaints received through the telephone hotline and
record Press Enquiry related calls.
3. The Reader has a facility to attach the audio recording file of the telephone conversation to the
telephone record.
4. The Telephone Record also captures the details of the entity with whom the conversation was made.
The Entity Name, Address and Contact Person details can be selected from the System. Additionally,
the Reader can also add details of new Entity and Contact Person. In this case, the details added are
available for that telephone record only.

1. The use case begins when the Reader selects Create Record/Others page.
2. System displays the Create Record/Others page.
3. Reader selects the Record Type as Telephone Record.
4. System displays a blank Telephone Record.
5. Reader inputs the details in the record.
6. Reader saves the record.
7. System validates the details entered in the record.
8. The use case ends.

This use case describes the steps to update the existing Telephone Record.
Once the Telephone Record is created, the Reader can update the same at various points of time.
Such updates can be carried out from the Case or Sub-Case or Transaction Details/Summary page.
The Update Date and Updated By attributes will change accordingly on each update.
