Basic Flow
1. The use case begins when the Reader selects Create Record/Others page.
2. System displays the Create Record/Others page.
3. Reader selects the Record Type as Telephone Record.
4. System displays a blank Telephone Record.
5. Reader inputs the details in the record.
6. Reader saves the record.
7. System validates the details entered in the record.
8. The use case ends.

1. Reader uploads the voice recording file in the system [includes UC 153.02 Upload Offline

This use case describes the steps to update the existing Telephone Record.
Once the Telephone Record is created, the Reader can update the same at various points of time.
Such updates can be carried out from the Case or Sub-Case or Transaction Details/Summary page.
The Update Date and Updated By attributes will change accordingly on each update.
