Procurement Inspection: Inspection of procurement items like Pipes, Casing Tubes, Valves, Pipe Fittings, Pumps, Blowers, Electrical Motors, Control Panels and machined components etc. as per drawings, Codes & Standards and as per Customer Requirement based on Quality Assurance Plan ( QAP ) / Inspection & Test Plan ( ITP ).

Inspection and Expediting: We provide services like Stage Wise Inspection of the above Equipments as Per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) / Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Standards, Drawings, Codes & Specifications and as per P.O. requirements. Vendor Development: We Provides Services in the Field of Vendor Development, Guidance to the Vendor, Project Planning and Execution of the Project on Right Time. We also Provides the Service like Supervision of the Job at Vendors Shop for Quality Checks & Review of Quality Management System. Welding Inspection: Welding Inspection, Welding Process Approval, Welding Defect Repair, Selection of Welding Equipments, Welding Automation. Welding Rectifier Maintenance & Awareness of Quality System to Welders & Operators. Non Destructive Testing (NDT): We assist for all NDT Services like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography Testing (RT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT). We provide Consultancy for attending the Repairs if any. Quality Documentation: We Provide Services like Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Approval of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). Approval of Welders Performance Qualification (WPQ). Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) for the job.

Out of Maharashtra other State and or All over India Rs-6000/- per Day/ visit. MIS will be submitting Inspection Report as applicable. Our invoice are payable within 30 days.
