TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN It is our pleasure to inform that Mr. Neel Shah has worked with SB Polytechnic in the capacity of Adhoc Lecturer for 6 months (28/09/2011 to 15/03/2012.) During this tenure of his work Mr. Neel Shah remained involved in his work dedicatedly. We found him pretty active in whatever task we have provided him. He is a confident person, professionally sound, hard-working and a devoted staff. He has the motivation to take initiative tasks and we are gratified that he had been helpful in the advancement of our organization. Following were the duties performed by him during his 6 months tenure. 1. To teach at undergraduate and graduate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department. He taught the subjects like Computer Networking , Digital Electronics , Power Electronics , Communication subjects & VLSI. He has in deep knowledge in Networking as he had completed Networking related courses. Apart of this, he has very good programming knowledge in VLSI. 2. To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance. 3. To participate in departmental and faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department. 4. To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments. 5 To provide pastoral care and support to students. 6 To participate in the administration of the departments programmes of study and other activities as requested. Moreover, we would like to reflect over his conduct during his stay with us. During his service he has been found sincere, reliable, trustworthy, sociable, pleasant and open to challenges. He had a very friendly nature with students. He has a genial temperament and can efficiently work in a team. All of our staff members are pleased with him and feels comfortable in teaming and coordinating with him for the realization of organizational goals and objectives. During this period we have observed him as professional and discharged his work of his position very efficiently and conscientiously.

Throughout his tenure, we have observed him as a committed and pragmatic individual with high aspirations. He has discussed his willingness to study further and we know that he has the necessary knowledge base to pursue master's program in his field of interest. Therefore, we unreservedly forward our recommendation for his admission to your graduate program.
