ACKNOWLEGDEMENT

First of all, I would like to thank to Allah for giving me the air to breath and the strength to live in order to complete this task. Thousands of thanks to my Industrial Designs lecturer, En.Kamal Azam bin Bani Hashim for guiding me through this difficult path with lots of patience. Thank to him for always support and help me. He gave me enough motivation and encouragement in completing this task. Without his encouragement and guidance, I could not imagine how this project will be done as successful as now. Also plenty of thanks to my beloved parents for always giving me supports and encouragements each time I feel like giving up. Their supports always give me strength to continue my path until I completely success. Besides, thanks to my fellow friends which help me in this project through their guidance and supports. MARKETING INCENTIVES
Since human beings are purposeful creatures, the study of incentive structures is central to the study of all economic activity (both in terms of individual decision-making and in terms of cooperation and competition within a larger institutional structure). Economic analysis, then, of the differences between societies (and between different organizations within a society) largely amounts to characterizing the differences in incentive structures faced by individuals involved in these collective efforts. Ultimately, incentives aim to provide value for money and contribute to organizational success. Marketing incentives could be defined as the use of prizes and rewards to market or advertise a product, or to encourage people to buy or sell it. Incentive Marketing A program designed to incent specific behavior to achieve desired results. The offering of gifts, rewards, premiums, etc to motivate the sales team, to get bigger or more frequent orders from dealers, or to induce customers to buy incentive motivation.
