Remove stains. Rub the chalk on the stains before washing. It absorbs the oils thus making it easier to remove the stain. Prevent tarnish. The chalk absorbs moisture thus when it is wrap in cheesecloth and stored with the silverware, it prevents tarnishing. Steady a screwdriver. Rubbing chalk on the handle of a screwdriver before using it prevent it from slipping in your hands. Keep ants out. The ingredient calcium carbonate, which many chalk contains, turns off ants.

Secure a screw. Loose screws on cabinets can be tightened by brushing nail polish on screw threads. Insert the screw and let dry before using again. It also keep the screw from rusting. If you are doubting whether the glue will hold or not, then brush a thin polish on the underside of the flap before sealing.

He drank it slowly, and then asked, How much do I owe you? You dont owe me anything, she replied. Mother has taught us, never to accept pay for a kindness. He said...Then I thank you from my heart. Years later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.

n my wedding day, I carried my wife in my arms. The bridal car stopped in front of our one-room flat. So I carried her into our home. She was then plump and shy. I was a strong and happy bridegroom.
This was the scene ten years ago.

We are Old
We had a kid, I went into business and tried to make more money. When the assets were steadily increasing, the affection between us seemed to ebb. Every morning we left home together and got home almost at the same time. Our kid was studying in a boarding school. Our marriage life seemed to be enviably happy... then Dew walked into my life. My heart once again was immersed in a stream of love, but this time it was for Dew. Young, attractive, so tempting, who would not be attracted to her? I knew I am betraying mywife. magine youre in an Airport. While youre waiting for your flight, you notice a kiosk selling shortbread cookies. You buy a box, put them in your traveling bag and then you patiently search for an available seat so you can sit down and enjoy your cookies.

Finally you find a seat next to a gentleman. You reach down into your traveling bag and pull out your box of shortbread cookies. As you do so, you notice that the gentleman starts watching you intensely. He stares as you open the box and his eyes follow your hand as you pick up the cookie and bring it to your mouth. Just then he reaches over and takes one of your cookies from the box and eats it! Youre more than a little surprised at this. Actually, youre at a loss for words. Not only does he take one cookie, but he alternates with you. For every one cookie you take, he takes one. Now, whats your immediate impression of this guy? Crazy? Greedy?

 A bay leaf slipped into a container of flour, pasta, or rice will help repel bugs. Stop cheese from drying out by spreading butter or margarine on the cut sides to seal in moisture. This is most effective with hard cheeses sealed in wax. When radishes, celery, or carrots have lost their crunch, simply pop them in a bowl of iced water along with a slice of raw potato and watch the limp vegetables freshen up right before your eyes. Put rice in your saltshaker to stop the salt from hardening. The rice absorbs condensation that can cause clumps. Stock up on butter when its on sale you can store it in the freezer for up to six months. Pack the butter in an airtight container, so it doesnt take on the flavor of whatever else youre freezing. If you only need a few drops of lemon juice, avoid cutting the lemon in half. Instead, puncture the fruit with a metal skewer and squeeze out exactly what you require.

In order to make cottage cheese or sour cream last longer, place the container upside down in the fridge.
