1. Actor moves to the library area. 2. System will display library home page. 3. In library home page the system show book button for go to book search, book suggestion, book return reminder page. 4. System will display the number of book borrowed by the actor. 5. System will display the nearest last date for book return. 6. 1.2.2 Business Use Case: Book Search Use case ID No Actors Pre Condition Post Condition on success : LIB002 : : : Teacher, student Must be logon to the system using student ID or teacher ID. Actor must be in library area. Show the book/ list of books. If book is not available show message and show related books.

Main Flow : 1. Actor move to the book search page. 2. In search box actor will enter the book name/ author name/ subject name/ course name. Name could be specific or partial. Wildcard search option should be available. 3. System will display search result in grid. 4. If no book is found, system will display related books and show button for going to book suggestion page. 5. If the book is found an option arrived for go to book availability check page or book location page. 6. Actor will either go to those page or exit from the page. 7. 1.2.3 Business Use Case: Book Suggestion Use case ID No Actors Pre Condition Post Condition on success : LIB003 : : : Student, Teacher Must be logon to the system using student ID or teacher ID. Actor must be in library area. Display List of books.

Main Flow : 1. Actor move to the library area. 2. If actor is student then system will show his/her course related book list in grid. 3. Actor will go to either books availability page or book location page by clicking on any particular book. 4. Actor exit from the page 5. After clicking Exit Library home page will arrive. 6. 1.2.4 Business Use Case: Book Return Reminder Use case ID No Actors Pre Condition Post Condition on success : LIB004 : : : Student, Teacher Must be logon to the system using student ID or teacher ID. Actor must be in library area. Display the borrowed book list by the particular actor. If no book borrowed then message will be shown and move to the library home page.

Main Flow : 1. Actors go to the book return reminder page. 2. System displays list of books which are borrowed with date of borrow, expected return date, days remain, overdue days. 3. 1.2.5 Business Use Case: Books Availability Use case ID No Actors Pre Condition : LIB005 : : Student, Teachers Must be logon to the system using student ID or teacher ID. Actor must be in library area. Select any book from book search page. System will display stock/ quantity of particular book for borrow.

Post Condition on success

Main Flow : 1. Actor click on any book name from book search page. 2. System display Books availability page with book name, author name, short description of that book, number of available book for borrow, and book location if any book exists. 3. If 0 book is available the system will show message and give option for go to book search page or book suggestion page. 4. User will move to library home page by clicking exit. 5. 1.2.6 Business Use Case: Book Location Use case ID No Actors Pre Condition : LIB006 : : Student, Teacher Must be logon to the system using student ID or teacher ID. Actor must be in library area. Select any book from book search page or move to book location page. System will display any particular book location.
