ESSAY: HOW CAN I IMPROVE MI TEACHING SKILLS PROFRA: CINTHYA BARRANCO HUITRN

We, the students of the "Escuela Normal de Atlacomulco", acquire a responsibility when we enter to this school since we have to cover five features when we face our profession: intellectual specific skills, control of the aims and contents of the secondary education, professional and ethical identity, capacity of perception and response to the social conditions of the environment of the school and one of them probably the most important to realize our work is the feature of didactic Competitions since we need to have many skills to solve any problem that us one presents in the Secondary School. Particularly this feature is of great difficulty to cover because as the first point the skill handles us of designing, organizing and putting in practice strategies and didactic activities adapted to the needs of our students, but first of all I think that we have to know the needs of the students for try to modify our didactic situation and we have to use didactic material about the things that the students like or attract the attention. Either is mentioned that we have to modify our contents according to the level of our students; we have to resolve discipline issues, and achieve our professional identity. Other of the points of this feature that for me is very important is the help to those students who are in risk of the school failure, for the titular teachers is very difficult to control to a " naughty student" and if for them is difficult, for us is a little bit more because for the students we are like a someone who does not have authority inside the classroom, thing that I consider should change by the way of conversations with our titular before giving our classes, but is also suitable to say that when I am inside the classroom, for me, is very important to try of control them and put order, because I know that if I do not manage to put limits, the students were not working and obviously they will not acquire a learning, for that reason is very important for me to know how can I manage support the order in my students, or how to help a student with problems of learning, because is basic element to be able to realize a good practice. Other important point is the time that we have for realized our dynamic activities, because the factor important is the duration of the session to the class, its important administrate the time for each activity planned, is good mentioned that is the principal

component of our practice, because for each class we have to organize the time and planning how can I do an activity that can motivate to the students, also the resources inside the institution are an important part for the application of activities in our class, therefore it is important to know all the resources with which the school all to give them the necessary and correct use, but also is important that we can give a use that is showy and entertained to the students, in order that they manage to locate the aim of the use of certain device, the importance working with certain activity and not only to see as something more of every days. So these points of view are important to realize because when you develop a good job or practice you feel when the strategies are useful in other activities and then we have skills for uses in our long career. So in my point of view i think that is more important try to adapted more strategies for own practices, for instance this give us the real satisfaction in our practices, and the result will be successful. And finally I think that be a teacher is a hard work, but it does not matter, because the smiles, or a hugs of my students do not have prize. This profession is interesting and is the principal work of the word, change the way of the education and change the present for a new future
