The Young Talent Program (YTP) is specifically aimed at accomplished junior- and senior-year students from the worlds leading universities with outstanding academic records and extracurricular achievements. The YTP sets the stage for reaching your future career goals. HOW TO APPLY
To apply, students must supply the following documents: Completed online application form GMAT score English language test Official transcripts Two letters of recommendation Updated rsum Essay questions Passport-size digital photograph

ADMISSIONS PROCESS
After submitting the necessary documentation to IESE, candidates deemed eligible are invited for a personal interview. If their profile and background match YTP objectives, they are pre-admitted to the program. IESE presents pre-admitted students to participating companies for recruitment opportunities.

PROGRAM CALENDAR
Students may apply to the program during their junior or senior years of college. Following pre-admission, YTP participants attend "Next Steps Seminar I," held for one week in the summer on IESE's Barcelona campus. In September, they begin work with a prominent firm or start their senior year at college. The following summer, YTP participants return to Barcelona for "Next Steps Seminar II." Pre-admitted students start their MBA after working full-time for at least two years. Prior to that, IESE will grant final admission to the full-time MBA program, based on feedback from the company.
